FOOTBALL TEAMS United juniors to play Poroporo at Whakatane on Saturday, team to assemble at A. and P. shed at 12.45 p.m.: Comiskey, Henderson, Seebecfo Hall, Luxton, Edmondson, B. Stewart, B. Taylor, McGlashen, Goodall, Needham, Butler, Littlejohn, Civil, A. Taylor. Reserves: Backs, Brown; forwards, Chadwick, McKenzie, Pritchard.
SATURDAY’S GAMES ARRANGED
Senior matches will be played at Te Teko and Matata in the Rangitaiki Rugby Union’s competition during the week-end. In addition a junior game will be played at Matata and the other junior match is scheduled for Edgecumbe. The senior game will be played at 2 p.m. and the junior at 1 p.m. The full draw:—
Seniors: Edgecumbe v Te Teko, referee, B. Smith; Matata v Thornton, J. Hyland. Juniors: Edgecumbe v Te Teko at Edgecumbe, A. Hegh; Matata v Otakiri at Matata, A. Kinley.
