Details Of Tour For Presbyterian Church Moderator
The Moderator of the Presbyterian Church, the Right Reverend R. S. Watson, who is to commence a tour of the Maori Mission field up the East Coast and in the eastern section of the Bay of Plenty is expected to be in Whakatane from April 14 to April 16. In addition he will visit Waimana, Te Whaiti, Waiohau, Kawerau and Te Teko. The full details of his tour are:—•
April 6 arrive Nuhaka; 7 (Good Friday) Nuhaka; 8 Travel to Opotiki; 9 (Easter Monday) Opotiki morning, Waimana evening; 10 Bible Class Camp at Ohope; 12 Te Whaiti Nui-a-Toi School; 13 Te Whaiti Mission Station; 14 Waiohau, en route to Whakatane, dinner in evening at David Hogg Memorial Hotel, Whakatane; 16 (Sunday) Kawerau morning, Te Teko evening; 17 Leave for Gisborne.
