Good Attendance To Nukuhou North W.I. Annual Meeting

There was a good attendance to the annual meeting of the Nukuhou North Women’s Institute when prizes won in competitions held during the year were presented to the successful members. The following officers wer elected for the coming year:—

President, Mrs W. McGillivray; secretary, Mrs R. Macdonald; committee, Mesdames M. Englebretson, J. Poole, M. King, F. Atkinson. R. Bell, H. Spanhake. Competition winners: Best flower, Mrs King 1, Mrs F. Grant 2, Mrs C. Wylde and Mfs G. Sinclair 3 equal; best vegetable, Mrs King 1, Mrs I. Savage 2, Mrs Macdonald 3: general competition, Mrs King and Mrs Savage 1 equal, E. Cranswick 2, Mrs N. Craig 3.
