Wool Prominent In Australia's First Fashion Show
Wellington, March 4.
Wool figures prominently in the first Fashion Fair organised by the Australian Guild of Fashion Designers, now showing in Melbourne, states the New Zealand Wool Board.
Many of the frocks and coats displayed are made of wool fabrics, both imported and domestic. The exhibition shows the latest world fashion trends, m'odijfied by the Australian environment. The exhibits are the work of leading Australian fashion designers and manufacturers.
