Prizes won during the day were presented to the successful competitors by the postmaster, Mr G. A. Wilkes,-at the annua! staff picnic •of the Whakatane Post Office held on Mr C. S. Butler’s farm, White Pine Bush, on Sunday. Mr Wilkes • congratulated the post office social 'Committee on the success of the day and expressed appreciation for the free use of the property provided by Mr Butler.
