Fire Brigade Party Held at Edgecumbe
Santa Claus arrived in a jeep to the Christmas party of the Rangitaiki Plains Dairy Company’s Volunteer Fire Brigade when presents were given to all the children. Mystery parcels were won by Miss A. Woodberry and Mrs F. Villis; booby prizes Mrs M. Mcßae and fireman G. Hunter.
Initialled scarves were presented by fireman Hunter to those brigadesmen who competed at Ngongotaha, superintendent F. Villis, foreman G. Hamilton, driver T. Anderson and fireman G. Duckworth.
