Children’s Xmas Party Planned

An outing, that will include free aeroplane rides at an air pageant is planned by the Murupara Chamber of Commerce for the children of Galatea and Murupara at a Christmas tree party to be held in the Whirinaki Hall, on December 10. The children of the immigrants recently arrived in the district from Europe will also be included in the party.

The committee appointed to make the arrangements is: Mrs J. Dykestra, Messrs E. Rossiter and J. Cawte. A committee which has the task of arranging concerts, dances and card evenings to raise funds for the presents is composed of Messrs E. King, D. A. Cameron, J. Dykestra and Rossiter.
