FINAL GAMES TO BE PLAYED SUNDAY t. Final games of the Central Bay of Plenty Hockey Association for this year will be played on Sunday for the Wilson Cup for women’s teams and the Pokai Shield for ■men. In the women’s game Te Teko, holders of the Wilson Cup, will defend the trophy' against the challengers, Central Matatua at Te Teko at 2.30 p.m. Wanderers will defend the Pokai Shield against Central Matatua at Awaken at 1 p.m. The following games were decided last weekend:— Women (Wilson Cup): Te Teko (challengers) 2 Poroporo 1. Junior (Knockout Touranment): The girls’ competition for the Bartin Cup was won' by Edgecumbe and the boys’ competition by Whakatane United. Edgecumbe won the girls’ championship competition and vVhakatane High School the boys’.
