Australians' Thanks To Whakatane For "Grand Time” Here

Mr W. S. Henderson, president of the Bay of Plenty Rugby Union, has received the following letter from the Australian rugby team, signed by the manager, Mr R. J. Walden, and the assistant manager, Mr W. H. Cerutti:— I “On behalf of the team we desire to extend our sincere thanks for the grand time you have given us in your town. The team has thoroughly enjoyed their stay and everything has been most conveniently arranged for our comfort and enjoyment. “We trust that our football was enjoyed, by all and that some benefit from' our visit has been derived by your Union.’
