Rotorua Only Being Left The “Dregs?”

Because they considered they were being deprived of the important matches and were only being left the dregs the Rotorua SubUnion has declined the venue of a match with Auckland Colts, it was stated at a recent meeting of the Bay of Plenty Rugby Union at Matata. As a result the itinerary of the tour has been upset somewhat and has had to be redrafted, although no finality can be reached until tl e new itinerary is approved by the Auckland Union. The new proposed itinerary provides for a game at Taneatua on September 7, one at Tauranga n September 3 and another at Opotiki on September 10.
