Pleasant Gift Evening At Waimana

A pleasant gift evening was held in the Waimana Hall,, when Miss White and Mr J. McLean were, the' guests of honour., Dancing was the form of entertainment, King’s orchestra supplied the music and Mr A. Bell obliged with the supper, extra. Mr J. Cranswick made an efficient M.C.

After supper Mr N. Eagie, on behalf of all present, asked the guests of honour to accept the many gifts with best wishes for their future.

In responding Mr McLean thanked all for the delightful evening and gifts given to . Miss White and himself, all of which were greatly appreciated.
