“State Of Chaos” With Accommodation

On Saturday, Lt E. R. Hunt, Whakatane, appealed to the Dominion conference of the Legion of Frontiersmen for better organisation as regards accommodation requirements in the future. He said that late bookings and ' cancellations without notice had created a chaotic state of affairs.

Others agreed, and it was resolved that Headquarters would issue a general instruction on the subject before next conference, which is to be at Auckland. 1
