Postmaster Attends Appeal Session
Mr G. A. Wilkes, postmaster, at left yesterday to attend a session of the Post and Telegraph Board of appeal and is expected to be away for some considerable time. During his absence Mr Wilkes is to be relieved by Mr L. W. A. Fields, postmaster, Te Puke. ( A member of the board representing telegraph officers throughout New Zealand, Mr Wilkes, in the present session, will be required to sit at meetings at Dunedin, Christchurch, W r eilington, Palmerston North, Napier and Auckland.
