Possession Order Granted
An order for possession of a house was granted Alan Richard Newdick (Mr B. S. Barry) farmer, Awakeri, from P. Chalken, farm hand, Awakeri, by Mr E. L. Walton, S.M., in yesterday’s sitting of the Magistrate’s Court at Whakatane. Newdick said that he had originally provided Chalken with the house for accommodation while in his employment. Chalken had now ceased working for him and the house was wanted for a new employee.
