COMPETITIONS STARTING SUNDAY * The competitions of the Central Bay of Plenty Hockey Association commence on Sunday. This year there are nine Clubs affiliated and 30 teams have been registered, an increase of seven teams on last season. Teams have been divided into two grades, 18 teams in the A Grade and 12 teams in the B Grade.
Following is the draw for the first games this week-end: — A Grade: Women, Richmond v Matata at Matata, 1 p.m.; Rovers v Poroporo at Edgecumbe, 1 p.m.; Te Teko v Huimai at Te Teko, 1 p.m.; Taneatua v Wairaka at Taneatua, 1 p.m.; Paroa a bye. Men, Richmond v Matata at Matata, 2.15; Rovers v Poroporo at Edgecumbe, 2.15; Riverslea v Huimai at Te Teko, 1 p.m.; Taneatua v Wairaka at Taneatua, 2.15; Wayfarers a bye. B Grade: Women, Te Teko v Huimai at Te Teko, 10 a.m.; Rangers v Poroporo at Poroporo, 1 p.m.; Awakeri v Paroa at Paroa, 1 p.m. Men, Te Teko v Taneatua at Te Teko, 2.15; Rangers v Poroporo at Poroporo, 2.15; Wanderers v Paroa at Psro9 215 EDGECUMBE TEAMS
