Second Jury Finds Barbarich Guilty

In the Supreme Court at Auckland the jury at the re-trial of Anthony Barbarich, 22-year-old labourer, found him guilty of breaking into Hamill Bros’ garage, Whakatane, on the night of August 10 last with intent to commit a crime, and with unlawfully converting Mr 'P. G. Hammond’s car valued at £650 on the same night.. At the first Court trial-*, about 10 days ago, the jury disagreed.
