Unlicensed Driver

Teku Teata was fined £2, costs 23/-, for exceeding 40 m.p.h. on a motor-cycle, on the WhakataneTaneatua highway and 5/-, costs 10/-. for driving the cycle without holding the necessary driver’s license.
