Wandering Horses
Three owners of horses he had found wandering on County roads were successfully prosecuted by the County poundkeeper, Mr A. Carling. Norman Emery was fined 10/-, costs £2/5/6, J. Matipo, fined ' £2, costs £l/5/6, and Major Nuku fined £l, costs £l/8/6.
