Sequel To Collision
A collision near Edgecumbe on October 2 put the drivers of both vehicles on the wrong side of the law. Kenneth -Harold Sullivan, pleading guilty to driving a car without a warrant of fitness was fined 10/-, costs £l. Thomas Alfred Day pleaded guilty to failure to drive the truck that collided with Sullivan’s car as close as'practicable to the left hand side of the road. It cost him a £1 fine, costs £l.
