Value Of Marriage Guidance Councils: Presbyterian Report
(Special to Beacon) Wellington, Nov. 4
Special experiments in the formation of marriage guidance councils were reported by Rev. R. S. Watson at the Presbyterian Assembly last night. Instruction in both physical and spiritual aspects of marriage by a competent panel of advisors would go far to avoid many of the tragedies of broken marriages, he said. Marriage guidance councils consisting of ministers, doctors and others had already done much to solve problems and prevent disruptions of marriage.
