MR & MRS J. H. COPPELL A happy band of relatives and friends gathered at the residence of Mr and Mrs J. H. Coppell, Taneatua, on Thursday, October 28, to honour them on the occasion of their Diamond wedding anniversary. Mrs Coppell was presented with several beautiful bouquets. The bottom Tier was over a foot square. A special feature of the function was the attendance of an old friend, who drove Mrs Coppell as a bride, to the church 60 years ago. The toast to the guests of honour was in the hands of Mr J. Mullins, a son-in-law. .Congratulations and best wishes was extended to them by many people.
