A "bring and buy" for the Maori Fund realised a satisfactory sum. Competitions resulted: — Vase of Iceland poppies: Mrs Taylor 1.

Print apron: Mrs R. Withy 1 Best flower: Mrs War brick 1, Mrs Taylor 2. Best vegetable: Mrs Taylor 3. Afternoon tea was served by Mrs Caverhill and Mrs Marr, and the meeting closed with a hearty vote of thanks by acclamation to Mrs Smith.
