Tramping’ Club’s Day At Mount Maunganui
A happy day was enjoyed by all when the Whakatane .Tramping Club visited Mount Maunganui. Going by train to the Mt. station, the party alighted and walked to the Mount. After exploring for a time, the party started back towards the station but had not gone * far before they were picked up by a lorry that took them all the way to Tauranga, where they caught the return train.
