Thomas Mix Kingi (Mr C. A. Suckling) proceeded against Bishop Maui for £92 18s, representing damage to a motor-cycle in a crash in which Maui was ipvolved, and was awarded the full amount Court costs £3 17s, witness’s expenses £3 2s 6d and solicitor’s fee £3 6s 6d.
