Traffic Offenders Fined
Mr K. R. McD. Sharpe* Trans r port Department traffic inspector, prosecuted three offenders against the traffic regulations. Arthur Anderson, of Te Teko, was fined £l, costs 10s, exceeding 30 m.p.h. in a heavy vehicle on May 11.
Walter Wagner was similarly dealt with for loading a truck with timber protruding in a way that was liable to be a danger to other persons. William Ranapia, found guilty of operating a light trade motor with defective lights, was fined £l, costs 19s.
