National Wool College To Be Set Up In Britain
A National Wool College in which future executives of Britain’s woollen industry will be trained is to be opened in Bradford by the Ministry of Education. Some research will be carried on at the new college, states the New Zealand Wool Board news service. The age of entry is expected to be about the mid-twenties, but it may be earlier if the industry wishes. The main consideration will be whether the pupil can benefit from the advanced courses the college will offer in industrial organisation, costing, statistics, and mill and equipment planning.
