Awakeri Women’s Division: Year’s First Meeting.
The Awakeri Women’s Division < of Federated Farmers held the first meeting of the year in the Awakeri Hall on Tuesday. There was a fair attendance and Mrs Haultain presided. Business was soon dealt with. The president said she hoped there would be a good attendance at the annual meeting. Several letters were read from recipients of parcels in England expressing gratitude to - the Awakeri W.D. for their kindness. Vegetable, Mrs Rae 1, Mrs Matchitt 2, Mrs McKenzie 3.
