Health Department Check On New Water Scheme

Mr R. P. Worley, the engineer who is planning the proposed new water scheme for the Borough, has been in touch with the Department of Health concerning the requirements from its point of view, and has now informed the Council that the District Officer will soon be taking samples of flocculated water at the Paper Mills, with a view to considering the possibility of including a modified flocculation plant in the Borough’s supply scheme.
