Steady Enrolments For Evening Classes
Enrolments in the Whakatane District High School’s evening classes have been coming in steadily and a good attendance is expected. The classes will include plumbing, motor engineering, needlework, commercial subjects, woodwork and electrical wiring. In the last class pupils from as far as Opotiki attended last year.
If more than ten people inquire about a subject that is not on the timetable, Mr I. B. Hubbard, Headmaster of the District High School he would provide a teacher for that subject.
Intending pupils will have the opportunity of meeting the instructors of the various classes this evening at the High School.
