Two P. & T. Cricket Teams Meet Again: Rovers Prove Too Good For Rangers
The cricket match between P. and T. Rangers and P. and T. Rovers at the Domain on Sunday resulted in a win for P. and T. Rovers on the first innings, by 66 runs. J. Rivett with 63 proved the mainstay of the Rovers team; McCready and Shapley also batting well. Rangers made an impressive opening up to the time the fourth wicket fell at 81, but from then on the rot set in, and all were out for 92. Good bowling by Goodall, Shapley and J.
