Whakatane United Cricket Club ■succeeded in winning their sixth fixture against the Pirates Club (Rotorua) on Saturday by 192 runs on the Ist innings'. Following are best scores:— United, Ist innings, 322—(L. R. Spring 116, J. Yates 70, W. J. McKenzie 37, C. A. Treadwell 31, W. Alexander 22). Pirates (Rotorua) Ist innings, 130 (W. Barran 59. W. J. McKenzie 4 for 15; M. Le Pine 3 for 34). Team For Week-end The following team will play Putaruru on November 29 and'Cambridge at Cambridge on November 30: —N. E. Rigden (Capt), M. Le Pine, J.
