Erring, Motor Cyclists: Court Sequel To Crashes

Two motor cyclists, both of whom spent some time in hospital as results of accidents arising out of the offences alleged, pleaded guilty and were convicted of breaches of the traffic regulations bv Mr E. L. Walton S.M. in the Magistrate’s Court at Whakatane on Tuesday. For attempting to pass a car at an intersecaion on September 16, Derek Dahl was convicted and ordered to pay costs totalling 18/-. Tony Woods, for failure to observe the right hand rule was fined 10/- with costs 10/-.
