Gifts To Hospital
Reporting to the Bay of Plenty Hospital Board’s monthly meeting yesterday the Matron, Miss K. Miller, said the following gifts to the hospital were received during October:— Flowers from Awakeri Junior Red Cross, Ohope Presbyterian Sunday School, Mrs Solane, Messrs. Sladden and Beattie; lemons and oranges, Mesdames Nicols, Cannell, Boon, McCracken, Stewart, Marx, Messrs. Starnes, Cannell, Conn, Olsen; magazines and books, Mesdames Reynolds, Steer, McGougan, Coombs, J. Cannell, Raymond, McMahon, Litchwark, Mr Ward and Young New Zealanders’ Club; children’s magazines, Mesdames Boon and Coombs and Miss Whiteside; babies’ coats, Mrs Leith; medicine bottles, Mrs Boon.
