Alleged Dearth Of Youth In Local Organisations

An alleged dearth of young men to take an active interest in local organisations was ths subject of comment by the president, Mr H. G. Warren and Mr A. J. Canning at the annual meeting of the Winter Show Association on Tuesday night. Mr Warren said too many business people were inclined to say they could not afford the time, but ,they must remember that, but for the local organisations there would be no business.

Mr Canning denounced the apathy of those who left such things to the “willing horse” all the time.
