This vendor’s sows were all unmated and sold from 8 to 12gns. At the National Pig Sale held at Palmerston North, the following local breeders purchased some of the top offerings at this fixture:— Large White: Estate D. W. Spence —Grinton Gay Choice 6th and Grinton Model Maid Ist; Messrs. Wilson and Cain—Stoney Creek Mildred and Grinton Utility Fay 4th. Berkshires: I. W. Campbell—Mt. Pleasant Choysa Lass 46th; Mt.
