COUNTY COUNCIL ISSUES During the past month 742 drivers licenses were issued by the County Inspector. Details were as under:— Galatea Camp 16 Murupara' 15 Waimana 103 Ruatoki 10 Taneatua 93 Edgecumbe 118 Matata .. 52 Manawahe 22 Te Teko 81 Whakatane Paper Mills 15 Otakiri 28 Fenton’s Mill 7 Matahina, Plantation Headquarters 8 Heavy Traffic Licenses: Twenty collected to the value of £66 Bs. There are still six heavy traffic vehicles to be checked. Sundry Licenses: Two collected to the value of £2 11s.
