Replacement of County Plant
At yesterday’s meeting of the Whakatane County Council, an offer from Messrs Armstrong’s Ltd. for truck and car replacements over a given period in an effort to gain trouble-free service, was discussed at considerable length. It was finally decided to defer the proposal for a month in order to allow the engineer to contact other local garages for the purpose of obtaining comparative figures.
