EDGECUMBE COMPANY FORMED

PARADE NEXT THURSDAY The first meeting of the newlyformed Edgecumbe Company of Guides will take place on Thursday afternoon next at 3.15 in the Presbyterian Hall. The Company should be a strong one in that its centre is situated in a populous farming district where there is a growing need for organisations. for youth. The Guide Commissioner, Mrs W. H. Rushbrook, reports that excellent Guiders (Officers) have been appointed and all 3'oung girls who intend joining are urged to be in attendance at the hall at the time above-mentioned. Until the Gymkhana period is over parades will continue to be held on Thursday afternoons.
