WHAKATANE COMPETITORS DO WELL

COMBINED PAEROA MEETING Whakatane Amateurs did exceptionally well at the combined sports meeting at Paeroa on Anniversary Day. One Championship was won lor 1 lie town when McGougan cleared 20ft 9in in the broad jump. There, were six seconds and six thirds in other events.
