THE BOYS BRIGADE

ANNUAL CAMP Over 100 boys from the Waikato Companies of the Boys’ Brigade will be camping* at Ohope from 22nd January to 2nd. February. The advance party will arrive on Saturday night and the main body by the Tuesday night express. A bus will take them direct to the camp site.

The boys will be under canvass six to each bell tent, with marquees for messing and social arrangements. Meals will be under the supervision of a competent cook, whilst a canteen will be open each day at certain times. There will be posted up in camp routine orders. A full programme has been arranged with several shields and trophies to be competed for.

Friends and visitors will lie warmly welcomed on visiting day Sun day 27th. The camp will be on the Caledon ian sports field site.
