WHAKATANE CLUB TRIALS The Gun Dog Executive of the Whakatane Rod and Gun Club conducted a series of successful trials during the weekend. Many sports-; men brought their dogs to compete and to obtain training for the shooting season. The results were as under: — Puppy (land): Mr R. Stephenson's 53 points 1; Mr S.
