METHODIST BAZAAR
ANNUAL FUNCTION HELD
The Mcthodi&t which was held recently, once again by evidence of Avell.laden stalls, to typify the -wonderful productivity of the Bav of Plenty. The bazaar took place in the Methodist Church. Hall King and was well supported . The stalls were particularly well stocked with all kinds of articles, the produce, stall in almost bending under the weight which it was forced to carry—but not for long. Other stalls also made excellent displays, while the cake] and sweets stall was, as ever, one of the most popular. The ladies on the morning and afternoon tea tables rendered sterling service 5 and were kept well occupied. Sufficient evidence of the bazaar's popularity j may be gained from the fact that 'at an early hour* in the :afternoon little remained of the abundance of stock which had been apparent in the morning.
