AT the last meeting of the -Patriotic Committee it was decided to cease all collecting operations. This m spite of tt fact that there was still £2286 outstanding from a total quota of £8909, we heartily endorse F™™report, we understand that there is every prospect of collecting over fifty per cent, of this figure before accounts are ac ually closed.
Supply of Tennis Balls Tennis players will find that this season a plentiful supply of tennis balls, is available in the shops. The restrictions were lifted towards the end of last season ? and this there should be plenty for everyone —at somewhere around 7s a pair !
