Formby fans (and who 'isn't?) are to have it their own way again on Saturday and Monday when George Formby > in "Bell Bottom George" will be screening at the Regent. "Get Cracking," the last of the Formby films to come this way was a great with George in the Home Guard. Now George is in the Navy } and leading, a rollicking life on the (hie) foaming billows. Getting all mixed up with waves and George ,has anything but a good, tjme y but his misfortunes make "Bell Bottom George" the picture critics declare to be the best Formby production ever to be screeiv ed. Colming to» the Regent: Sati urday and 1 Monday ( July 28 and 30. Filmgoersx are asked to noteythat the picture "This 'is The Army" which was advertised as screening on July 31 and August 1, has now been cancelled and in its place "Atlantic City" will be shown. "At* lantic City" is a musical picture based against the background of one of greatest musical resortsv Starring in the picture are Constance Brad Jerry Colonna, Paul Whiteman and his orchestra, and Louis Armstrong and. his orchestra. This line-up is backed by an excellent supporting cast. Remember the dates—July 31 and August 1.
