CLOTHING APPEAL
URGENT NEED OF U.N.R.RA. One million pounds weight of bedding and shoes are urgently needed for liberated Eui-ape where people are in desperate need. The Red Cross Society and the Lady Gahvay Guild ask for warm clean garments. The following are required:— For men and boys' coats, cardigans t underwear working clothes (including overalls) dressing gowns knitted gloves socks. Women and girls topcoats coats ? and jumpers, shawls underwear aprons j nightdresses and knitted gloves. Caps and knitted headgear in good order are welcome. Footwear: This should be in good wearing condition with medium or low Jieels. Resmauts: Usable remnants or piece goods will be acceptable. Donations can be left at the Red Cross Shop or at Mrs Moran's house 10 Victoria Avenue, where a case will be left on the verandah for donations.
