Communications Restored
The following communication has been* received from the DirectorGeneral, Post and Telegraph Department Wellington: "Postal communication'with Denmark is restored service is limited to non-illus-trated postcards and letters loz on personal matters or business matters ascertaining facts or exchanging information..' There is.no registration service but commercial papers up to limit of 41bs may be forwarded." Telegraph Censorship Instructions,: Commencing forthwith Danish language may be used in telegrams to Dutch language in telegrams to Netherlands (Holand) and Norwegian language in telegrams to Norway.
