ALL ROADS TO MATATA
Matata's big show clay occurs tomorrow, when £he long-awaited Gymkhana and Gala programme takes place. In the. past this event has attracted record crowds to the popuiar little centre and we have no doubt that tomorrow will not only see a repetition of the same public support, but. will set a new figure in achievement for the hardworking committee. The programme includes athletics, ring events, and field competitions. In addition there will be the usual side shows and the same sumptions Maori Hangi Avhicli has been such an important feature of past Matata gatherings'. The district can be expected to afford Matata the warmest support and encouragement in this the third : Gymkhana the town has held.
