Liberated Prisoners British and American prisoners liberated by the advance into Ger. many of the Red Army are to receive relief supplies through the International Red Gross according to advice received in New Zealand by the Prisoners of War Inquiry Office. A reciprocal arrangement has been in&tituted for the benefit of Russians who are release'd by the British and American armies on the Western Front.
