CHAMPIONSHIP TRIALS
Owing to a previous booking of. the hall, practice tor both ladies and men's teams will be held in the Winter Show Buildings at 7.30 p.m. to August 22. AVitli a view to the immediate selection of teams to compete in'the forthcoming Bay of Plenty Championships, the following men are asked to attend without fail: R. Moore: A. Knights;, \V. McKenzie; R. Morpeth; H. Mahy; \V T . Whittaker; L. Rose life Id t; S. Pine; T. Harland: J. Hignett; J. Gattsche; J. Whitehead and A. Fisher. As the visiting players will require billeting on the, night of Saturdav 5 September 1(> ? all members who can assist in "any way should contact the secretary, Mr C. Ranby, as early as poss-ihlo.
