MUSIC PRIZE
FIRST AWARD IS MADE STUDENTS OF UNIVERSITY The Otago University Council recently made the first, award of the Philip Neiil memorial prize in mil.sic, the' winner being Mr D. G, Lilburn, of. ChrisUiuireh, and the runner-up Mr PI. G . Luseombe, of Auckland. This prize is open for competition among past and piepent students of the University of New Zealand, but no winner is eligible- to compete again for live, years. The value of the. prize is «25-«
